About Skärgårdens Kanotcenter Kayaks & Outdoor

The company is based on Resarö Island about 3 km from Vaxholm, in the Stockholm middle archipelago. You can get here easily from Stockholm by bus or car all year around (it takes about 30 minutes to drive). The company's mailing address is Resarövägen 10, 185 51 Resarö / Vaxholm. Most of our products can be purchased online. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not received a confirmation or something is wrong please contact us at info@kanotcenter.com or phone +46 8 541 377 90. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

It may happen we do not always have everything in stock when demand is high. We hope that you understand it. If you wish a product from some of our brands, do not hesitate to contact us.

Prices and payment

All prices on the website are in SEK including VAT. In the shopping cart you will see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and payments. Payment methods by card, invoice and direct payment at our place. We reserve the right to adjust the price in case of errors, supplier changes and currency changes.


We deliver as fast as we can. The delivery time is normally 3 - 10 days depending on a product. If a product has a different delivery time, this is usually stated at each product's description. 

Transport damages should be reported directly to the post office/agent/freight forwarder. Please contact us immediately via email info@kanotcenter.com send pictures and describe the damage.

Product information

We reserve the right to make printing errors. In specifying volume, sizes and colors, we have used information from suppliers and measurement units we have checked ourselves. Nevertheless, we would like to reserve the right to differences that may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution as well as changes in production that are beyond our control. 

Return policy

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The message should be sent to us info@kanotcenter.com. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number and goods for return must be clearly stated. The customer is responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped unused, without damage and in original packaging. We will refund the full amount of the goods within 10 days from the date on which we received the goods. The return shipping cost is not refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made product that has been tailored specifically for you.

Warranty and complaints

Some of products may be covered by warranty. Information about any warranty period and any special warranty terms for each item can be found on the product / brand site or in these terms. Warranty for goods covers only original manufacturing defects. The customer's order confirmation/receipt/invoice is valid as warranty certificate. You can find terms and conditions for any warranties given by Partners on their respective terms and conditions page.

We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged when it arrives, we undertake to comply with the applicable consumer protection laws, free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected. Email us at info@kanotcenter.com, write "complaint" in the subject line. Describe the problem and attach pictures, receipt of the purchase, your name, phone number, order number and address. 

When the complained product is returned and the complaint is approved, the Seller will compensate the Customer in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. If we fail to fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product. We are responsible for return shipping. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it appears that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. The Seller strives for this to take place within 30 days of the Seller receiving the complaint, but this may take longer depending on the nature of the goods. In case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.

Force Majeure

We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We do not accept any liability for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company's current (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or missing delivery from supplier. Furthermore, no liability is taken for any changes to products / product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
